All Romeo J.® jewellery is covered against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase.
In all cases, please send us a picture of your jewellery by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us the reason why you are not satisfied. We will call you in a 48 hours window following the reception of your email.
Returns and exchange
We want you to be satisfied with the product that you ordered. This is why we will accept returns not meeting your expectations.
We give a full refund but do not cover the shipping costs to return your products.
The amount of your order will be reimbursed via the same method of payment used for the order.
The product needs to be returned within 7 days from the date you received your order. The item must be undamaged and unworn with the tags still on.
Make sure you wrap up your item in his original packaging, with a copy of your invoice so we can process your request. The package must be sent to the following address:

Important Upon receipt, a quality control check will be performed on the returned jewellery. No used items or article that has been damaged by the customer will be accepted for exchange or refund.
